We can also charge by the day or by the job.
We are flexible about materials - either you purchase or we do - your choice.
We charge by the minute. So if we are with you for 100 minutes you pay for 100 minutes - no rounding up to the next half or full hour. You only pay for the time we are working for you. We have a minimum charge of £50.

Weekend, emergency & out of hours + 25%
Unless priced per job cost does NOT include for materials, which we can provide for you or you can supply yourself. If we supply we add a 25% surcharge but as we give you the benefit of any trade discounts we receive it works out about the same for you - without the hassle of having to get the supplies in yourself.
If you need us for more than a half day (4 hours) we can charge a day rate at a substantially discounted price. A 'Labourer' rate is available on larger jobs that require a lot of manpower- ask us for details.
We accept all major Credit / Debit cards*, Paypal, BACS and Cash (sorry, we can't take cheques anymore). We can create a payment link so you can easily pay from your phone or computer - just ask.
* Please note that we do not accept American Express as they take too long to release your payment and charge too much for the privilege.
