Maybe you don't have the time or perhaps you just want to get someone in to do the job, we can help. From small one off jobs, regular ongoing home maintenance tasks, remedial work for when something has gone wrong or got damaged or even larger home improvement projects that you would like to have done to make your home more comfortable or more valuable. As well as handyman and general building jobs around the home we can also help with:

• Orangeries & Conservatories - including changing conservatory roofs so that it can be used all year through by putting on opaque insulated panels or slate
• Window & Door Replacement & Repairs - glazing, hinges, handles, locks etc
• Guttering & Fascia - cleaning, repair and replacement
• Brick & Stonework re-pointing - incl. lime mortar
• Chimney re-builds , lining, flaunching, render repairs & painting
• Roof Cleaning - de-mossing and lichen reduction, plus preventative treatment. NB We do NOT use pressure washers as they cause mess, damage your roof and cause untold problems - it also doesn't kill the spores on the roof, so it will all come back before too long. We hand scrape your roof then we apply biocides to kill ALL organic growth and an industrial strength cleaning agent to restore your roof covering to as near to new as it will ever get.
• Stoves installed - flue liners, hearths & fireplaces - HETAS approved
• Roofing - slates replaced, flat roofs fibreglassed, Velux windows installed, replacing mortar for dry verge & dry ridge systems
• Artificial Lawns, incl. full groundworks preparation and landscaping if required
• Insulation - removal of old and re-fitting new, incl rockwool & spray foam
• Garages, garden rooms and sheds & bases built
• Gate and garage door automation
• Cleaning - roof, driveway, patio, decking, solar panels, garage doors, fascia, gutters and windows
• Repair - roofs, chimneys, gates, brickwork, windows & doors, incl. locks, hinges and misty sealed units,
• Electrical - lights and sockets installed or moved
• Plumbing - radiators installed, removed, taps & showers repaired or changed
• Kitchens - cupboard doors re-aligned, new hinges fitted, drawer runners changed, handles re-fitted, worktops restored
• Bathroooms - baths changed for showers, grab rails & seats fitted, re-silicone of fittings, extractors fitted
• Tiling - re-grouting of tired tiles, new tiling laid, broken or missing tiles re-fixed
• Painting & Decorating - gloss, wax, oil or varnish of woodwork, emulsion of walls & ceilings, wall-papering
• Floors - floorboards stripped and restored - wax oils, varnish, paint (Scandi-chic), lino & laminate flooring laid
• Shelving, mirrors and pictures put up
• Carpentry - home offices & dressing room fit-outs, bespoke shelving and cupboards to maximise your use of space
• Smart home equipment installed - thermostats, video doorbells, lighting controllers etc (can be controlled via Amazon Echo & your smart phone)
